Taqetna installed the first grid-connected system in Jordan and the region in 2012 at the rooftop of Philadelphia schools in Amman, Jordan. Then, the solar projects of taqetna spread out around Jordan and reached Saudi Arabia through its associated partnering companies.
Also, in cooperation with our partners in Saudi Arabia (White-Energy) we designed and procured the first grid-connected system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2015 at the rooftop of Al-Aqariya Mosque. The project was funded by the King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy (K.A.CARE).
